You will Provide leadership, strategic direction and Technical knowledge on behalf of Quality and Supply Chain Consumer Healthcare for all operational units including Manufacturing and Lab, Quality and IT Systems to ensure robust compliance oversight and audit readiness processes are embedded within the design, delivery and lifecycle support of GxP computer systems.. Accountable for Global Quality Product ownership that ensures procedures and controls are developed, enhanced and maintained to manage data integrity, data standards and data reporting across the enterprise in support of the TECH Product Model and Process Orientation.. Accountable to provide business support for analytical IT projects and analytical data governance, impacting sites across the Consumer Healthcare network.. Accountable for the establishment and deployment of Digital Device Compliance Standards and provision of expert technical support to Digital Device teams.. The role will ensure clear scope, prioritization, governance, resource management and risk management processes exist within the function to support the Consumer Healthcare strategy deployment across the End to End supply chains.. Why you?. Basic Qualifications:. We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:. Good knowledge of world-wide cGMPs, regulatory requirements, standards and Quality Management Systems for Medicinals, Nutritionals, Cosmetics and/or Foods, devices including digital devices. Proven ability to manage large and small expert teams. Demonstrated expert knowledge in the application of and regulatory expectations pertaining to computerized systems and digital devices. Broad based familiarity with Secondary manufacturing in Healthcare industry. Good knowledge of the consumer healthcare industry current best practice in analytical and manufacturing technologies, engineering practices, validation and GMP compliance. Risk management knowledge. Understanding and experience of corporate governance processes. New Product Introduction requirements. Demonstrated application of continuous improvement. The accurate and impartial reporting to Senior Management of issues relating to Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance across assigned parts of the GSK manufacturing and supply network. Immediate action when critical issues are identified (may involve taking initiative to stop manufacture and brief Senior Management). Accuracy of Corporate Governance, audit and risk management data systems for assigned responsibilities. Works in a matrix, where necessary, across R&D, Quality and Supply Chain and Regulatory, in a variety of team and virtual team combinations. Provides independent assessments as required to positively influence quality and compliance activities. Preferred Qualifications:. If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:.
