Test Engineer Lead

TIAG is now hiring a Test Engineer Lead to support our team full time out of Falls Church, VA. This lead role will provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in delivering testing support of the Theater Medical Information Program - Joint (TMIP-J) clinical applications (AHLTA-Theater and TC2) by taking ownership of TIAG's sustainment solution and developing and executing a testing strategy that yields quality deliverables. This position requires a government security clearance, so US Citizenship is a requirement.
The specific responsibilities are as follows:
* Provide Testing Methodology and Execution for seamless product delivery
+ Identify and implement best practice and procedures for tes
+ Execute testing for all gathered requirements
+ Mentor and guide more junior technical resources
+ Work in a Scrum Master capacity for the team to implement and run project wide agile/scrum methodology.
+ Provide quality assurance for services within the solution area
+ Communicate the overall project status to the internal senior management and external client-facing senior management.
Required Experience:
* 5+ Years of Testing experience
* 2+ years in a lead/manager role
* Understanding of software testing methodology and implementation.
* Comprehensive knowledge about the Clinical Components Program.
* Superb communication and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize effectively
* Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
Preferred Experience:
* Specific experience with the AHLTA-Theater (AHLTA-T) and/or TC2 applications
* Knowledge of the TMIP-J Program and Joint Operational Medicine Information System (JOMIS) PMO
* Ability to motivate
* Strategic and conceptual thinker
