POSITION SUMMARY: This role sits within the RS&O (Regulatory Supervision and Oversight) Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, which enables the day-to-day business operations and the execution and adoption of the RS&O change portfolio. This individual will manage the ongoing maintenance of internal technology related RS&O platforms in partnership with IT and line of business end users. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Communicate initiative goals, maintain alignment, emphasize results, and create enterprise level engagement throughout the program lifecycle with IT and RS&O Understands business needs, processes, nomenclature, and concepts to formulate clear and thorough requirements for IT Evaluate the business implications of implementing potential solutions Designs, modifies, develops, and writes requirements and specifications for processes Identify and articulate key findings and opportunities to make recommendations to senior leadership on overall implementation solutions aligning to business strategies Drive performance of project team to ensure the successful completion of the projects and sustainment of the benefits meet corporate goals and objectives Monitor project and resource progress by tracking progress reports, financials and manage risks, issues, and dependencies working with team to develop mitigation plans MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 7+ years of professional experience Experience with IT and technology platforms focused on data, rules engines, and workflow tools Experience working on technology releases Experience with training, supervising, and managing personnel with internal and external project teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences Delivering results: ability to plan and organize self and work in order to achieve objectives and targets with ability to overcome obstacles in order to move forward Accountable for the delivery of outcomes, strives to meet and exceed the expectations of our management team and program office clients Diligent with attention to detail and ability to associate issues and/or benefits to achieve overall picture We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
